  Not impressed. The girl at the window first tried to charge me the wrong price and then she handed me the food with everything bagged sideways. When I got home, the container of mashed potatoes was broken and the gravy spilled over the rest of the food in the bag. Then to top it all off, there weren't any spicy pieces after I ordered a half spicy and half mild family meal. Disappointing for $40+ on fried chicken. This location was not on their "A" game on a slow Sunday evening.

  Bottom line up front, horrible! Took the manager five minutes just to acknowledge us. He saw us when we came in, but not even a “welcome to Popeyes we’ll be right with you”, nothing! We were the only people in the store at the time. He served two customers at he drive thru before coming over. Once we ordered we found that the soda machine was just about out of everything, at least what the four of us wanted anyway. No lids for the drinks and no napkins. We went to sit down and had to search for a clean table. The floor was slick and felt greasy. On positive note the food was warm. But the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. Being short handed is one thing, but this sore obviously has poor management! We won’t be coming back.

  We came to this location because it's cleaner than the one that is super close to our house. Today's visit was horrible. It was still very clean, but they were not prepared for their Tuesday special, and were out of everything. Wait on fries, wait in biscuits, wait on chicken. Once we got our order, we took a couple of bites and loaded it to to leave. It was hella freezing inside and warmer outside at 60° It was 60° outside and warmer than sitting inside!!!!! I even brought it to a worker's attention, and she said "I don't know why they do that." How about have a manager change the AC setting!?!? I will not return to this location again. If you plan on dining in, bring a parka.

  This location needs new management before it gets worse. Service used to be really good, but not anymore! If they aren't forgetting to bring your food outside after a wait, they are forgetting to put all of your order in the bag.

  Old review: Staff is friendly and food was good and hot. Update: As of May 2019 this place is going downhill fast. Drink machine is often out, food quality is poor and staff no longer friendly. We'll be going elsewhere.
